We selected Smartwebs to facilitate the speed and communication with our Associations. Smartwebs provides for more efficient and effective processing of work orders, violations and architectural reviews. This online application allows us to reduce violation drive and processing time, and managers are able to send real time information to residents and vendors while driving through a community.
Microsoft Office 365
Our company-wide migration to Office 365 helps facilitate real time collaboration and enhances productivity for every team member on The Melrose Management Partnership team.
We subscribe to services from MailChimp to streamline our email and mobile communications in the form of notices, memos, and updates to our clients.
Through Smartwebs, our GPS-enabled violations software platform, we implement a 3-step escalation process when it comes to violations. We make recommendations to the Board and, particularly for a recently turned-over community like Arden Park South, we use this process to remind residents about the community standards. With new neighbors coming together, we first strive to create an environment of education amongst the membership.
Our full-service Accounting Department is available and ready to handle all of your Association's financial responsibilities. Our goal is to ensure fiscal responsibility while also maintaining full transparency. We promote ease of access to the financials by making them available either via email or online. We also provide a 24 hour review and approval of all payables, and we utilize Strongrooms to provide Board members with 24/7 online access to invoices.
We believe in a management style that is both interactive as well as educational. Through this program, we engage the participation of the community's vendors. We will invite the landscape company to have an open discussion with the membership and answer any questions they may have. We will bring the Insurance provider to speak on the Association's policy and scope of coverage. Our goal is to promote and maintain a workshop environment for Board members and residents.
