Summer 2019 Melrose Lifestyle Services Update
We are pleased to share some highlights from the past season with Melrose Lifestyle Services.
SHOWCASING THE SOLARA RESORT CLUBHOUSE & AMENITY CENTER
Melrose is proud to manage both Association Management and Lifestyle Services for Solara Resort by Mattamy Homes. The stunning short term rental resort-style community offers guests the opportunity to lavish in the Central Florida sun while enjoying the latest in Resort amentities, including a state-of-the-art FlowRider® system.
THE FLOW TOUR STOPS AT SOLARA RESORT
Around 40 riders, some from across the country, converged on Solara on May 11 to participate in a fun-filled and memorable contest. With a ton of varied prizes and coveted titles—and the bragging rights that go with them—up for grabs, flow and body boarders of all ages, skill levels and backgrounds engaged in a fierce but friendly bout to determine the best of the best.
DAILY ACTIVITIES AT THE SOLARA RESORT CLUBHOUSE
Homeowners and vacationers visiting Solara Resort this Fall are in luck: our Lifestyle staff is rolling out a brand new activities schedule. From noon to 5 pm each day, Clubhouse staff will be offering a wide variety of games and entertainment to keep guests occupied.
COOKING DEMONSTRATION FOR GRIFFIN PARK HOMEOWNERS
Melrose Lifestyle Services was happy to host a cooking demonstration for Griffin Park by David Weekley Homes owners. The event, led by a private chef in one of the community’s model homes, was fun and informative!
CUPCAKE WARS AT GRAND HAMPTON
This summer, Lifestyle Manager Vicki hosted a Cupcake Wars contest for children at our Grand Hampton community in Tampa. The contest invited creativity with categories including most colorful, most creative, and most chocolatey. Everyone did a fantastic job!
FUN IN THE SUN AT KINGS GATE
From Memorial Day pool parties to Fourth of July BBQs, residents at Kings Gate in Port Charlotte have had many opportunities for fun in the sun this Summer.
