Our Accounting Department will work in conjunction with the Board to ensure that the Association's fiscal responsibilities are in order. Our transparent approach to accounting was designed to release the Board from day-to-day accounting responsibilities while still allowing Board members to oversee the Association's financials.

Board Resources

We work with the Board of Directors in all aspects of Condominium Association management. Our managers, and furthermore the rest of our supporting team, act as the facilitator in helping the Association sustain a high level of value. We coordinate with the Board to provide advice and recommendations to help the Association thrive.

Communication

Our investment in technology helps streamline the communication: we offer a dedicated Association website with ticketing and tracking systems, provide Board educational support, and host Town Hall meetings for enhanced communication.


Services to Enhance the Association

OVERSIGHT

Melrose is committed to helping your Board achieve excellence. To that end, we create a detailed checklist of preventative maintenance procedures tailored to your community to increase the longevity of key components for the property. We only work with carefully vetted vendors to ensure that all services are in accordance with insurance requirements, and we will review your contracts to ensure that all service agreements align with industry standards.

FINANCIALS

Our full-service Accounting Department is available and ready to handle all of your Association's financial responsibilities. Our goal is to ensure fiscal responsibility while also maintaining full transparency. We promote ease of access to the financials by making them available either via email or online. We also provide a 24 hour review and approval of all payables, and we utilize Strongrooms to provide Board members with 24/7 online access to invoices.

GUEST SPEAKER PROGRAMS

We believe in a management style that is both interactive and educational by engaging the participation of the Association's vendors. For example, we will invite the landscape company for an open discussion to answer any questions unit owners may have. We will also bring in the insurance provider to speak about the Association's policy and scope of coverage. Our goal is to promote and maintain a workshop environment for Board members and residents.

Supplemental Event Support

Our supplemental Lifestyle/Hospitality division, Melrose Lifestyle Services, serves to augment the efforts of the Activity Committee for your Association. We are able to customize a plan for the Association, implementing exciting one-off and special events designed to reflect and enhance residents' lifestyles. We also offer personalized concierge services and specific on-site management to enhance operations.
