What are the setback requirements for pools and/or lanais?
Above ground pool is prohibited. Pools or lanais must be setback at least 5’ from the rear Lot and 5’ from the sidelines. The homeowner must still submit an alteration application and receive an approval letter from the Alteration Committee.
