How Can I Pay My Dues

Here are the options available for Reserve at Sweetwater Golf and Country Club homeowners to pay their HOA Assessment Dues:

 

How to Pay Your Dues:

  • Mail a check or money order payable to Reserve at Sweetwater Golf & Country Club HOA Inc.  and include your account number or property address. The mailing address to send payment is:

How do I report a flickering, broken, or out light fixture?

Contact Duke Energy to report, by either submitting an online streetlight repair request on their website, https://www.duke-energy.com/outages or phone by calling 800-228-8485 and press Number 3 from the voice menu.

How do I request a copy of the most updated Master Insurance Policy?

To request a copy of the Master Insurance Policy reach out to Sihle Insurance Group at IN**@***LE.COM or call them 407-869-0962.

What Is The Process For Making Changes To My Property Or The Exterior Of My Home?

Complete an alteration application (available under the “Community Forms & Documents” link). Submit your alteration application along with the following:

  • A copy of your full site survey, marked (with marker or highlighter) where on your home or property the change(s) will be made.
  • If you wish to install a fence, please send a picture of fence color & style.
  • If you are installing a pool, screen enclosure or any type of structure, provide color pictures of any patterns, colors or materials (tiles, pavers, etc.) that will be used for your alteration AND a color picture or computer rendering of what the proposed finished project will look like.
  • For screen enclosures, please provide the frame & screen color AND the maximum height the enclosure will be.

You can email it to ma********@*************rt.com,  mail it or bring it in to the Melrose Management office. Once received, all will be forwarded to the Committee for review. You will be notified by email as soon as the decision has been made.
