Please see below for important information regarding your estoppel request:

  • Our estoppel fee is $250.00.
  • If you require a questionnaire to be completed, the estoppel fee is due prior to completion.  Please reply to advise our office that your questionnaire is needed, and forward your payment (payable to the homeowners association) with a copy of your form to the below-listed address.  Otherwise, we will prepare our standard estoppel, and the fee can be paid at closing.
  • Estoppels are processed in the order received.  Rush service is available for an additional $100.00.
  • Please allow seven days before requesting a status update.

There are many options available for Solara Resort homeowners to pay their HOA Assessment Dues:

Please be advised that new homeowners may not yet be set up in the BB&T system. Upon receipt of your coupon book, you will be able to register for online payments through BB&T.

Statements are emailed upon request only.   Please be aware that the Association is billed any time statements are issued.

We are unable to send any reminders of upcoming payments.

Yes, you will receive a coupon book for the monthly payment schedule.  The coupon book will come directly from BBT Bank.

The Melrose Accounting Department is unable to cancel homeowner recurring online payments.  We can, however, provide you with a cancellation form.

We are unable to update homeowner banking information. We can, however, provide you with a BBT Change Form document that will allow you to update your account information.

Yes – However we will need a POA (Power Of Attorney) on file before we can send personal information to anyone not listed as an owner.

Yes. Please provide evidence of ownership in order to make necessary changes.

Please provide evidence of ownership in order to have your name added to a property.

This is reviewed by the Board of Directors of your Association yearly.  All homeowners will be notified of any changes made.
