ALTERATION APPLICATIONS: UPDATED PROTOCOL as of 8/19/2020

Please complete the following form and send to Inframark (they are now the property managers for the POA Board)
- WWV ACC Form- Inframark Architectural Review Committee-USE as of 8-19-2020
Once you obtain approval from the Inframark Architectural Review Committee, please submit all documents (POA approval & application with supporting documents) to Management at ma********@*************rt.com.
Management will forward your application to the Villas HOA Board of Directors.
The HOA Board will then review your application and vote on their final decision
