Jack Hanson, MBA, LCAM, is the President and CEO of The Melrose Management Partnership based in Orlando, Florida, providing professional management services to multiple Community Associations throughout the state of Florida. Having worked in community management for over 25 years, Jack is an established HOA expert and provides thought leadership to a number of professional affiliations throughout the industry.
Mellita Kennedy oversees all accounting and financial reporting for the associations managed by the organization.
Mellita brings over 21 years of accounting experience to The Melrose Management Partnership and has been a member of the Construction Financial Management Association since 1999.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration — Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
Michelle Bibeau, LCAM, has been with The Melrose Management Partnership for the past 20 years. She has a broad knowledge of developer controlled associations and a refreshing, hands-on management style. Michelle exudes customer service and works diligently in the management of our communities. She maintains high standards and consistently raises the bar by exceeding expectations in the communities she manages. As our longest-term employee, she assists in all aspects of management, from preparation of budgets and cash flow projections to handling annual meetings and turnovers.
