REMEMBERING OUR FOUNDER AND CEO, JACK HANSON The Melrose Management Partnership was founded in 1992 by the late Jack B. Hanson. While beginning his career working in Land Development for some of the largest developers in the country, including General Homes and M/I Homes, Jack became responsible for overseeing newly developed HOAs and COAs. He immediately began to notice a gap in the market for Association Management companies who understood the development process. Subsequently, Jack founded his own management company and never looked back.

Over the years, word spread about what Melrose brought to the table and, as a result, the company's portfolio of managed communities increased. Jack always maintained that “Our goal isn’t to be the largest management company, we just want to be the best at what we do.” This motto allowed the company to grow sustainably by hand selecting communities to work with. Melrose’s reach grew with additional offices throughout the state and today we have offices in Orlando (corporate), Jacksonville, Palm Harbor, and Port Charlotte.
