Jack always maintained that “Our goal isn’t to be the largest management company, we just want to be the best at what we do.” This motto allowed the company to grow sustainably by hand selecting communities to work with. Melrose’s reach grew with additional offices throughout the state and today we have offices in Orlando (corporate), Jacksonville, Palm Harbor, and Port Charlotte.
