Introducing The Melrose Corporation Senior Executive Team
As we move forward into 2019 and beyond, we as a company are proud to announce a significant change that concerns the core strength of The Melrose Management Partnership/Melrose Lifestyle Services companies. Key individual leaders within these two entities have been tapped to create a Senior Executive Team. These leaders bring significant knowledge, history and a unique perspective in varying areas of expertise.
Our company was founded on solid principles of hard work, integrity and customer service, and the members of the Senior Executive Team, exemplify these values. Our initial Executive Team members, Michelle Bibeau, Bill Fife, Mellita Kennedy, Will Powers, and Neall Prashad, will meet with President Jack Hanson on a regular basis to discuss strategy and the policies that affect each of these firms as a whole.

Jack B. Hanson
President and CEO
Jack Hanson, MBA, LCAM, is the President and CEO of The Melrose Corporation. Having worked in community management for over 25 years, Jack is an established HOA expert and provides thought leadership to a number of professional affiliations throughout the industry. His success in entrepreneurship and within the community management domain has made him a sought-after mentor for those aspiring to attain both personal and professional success. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Jack also holds an MBA from the University of Florida as well as the designation of Licensed Community Association Manager from the State of Florida. Jack is a blogger for the Huffington Post and his series, HOAs Gone Haywire, is nationally recognized for helping Boards, Managers, and Homeowners avoid common pitfalls in the management of their communities.
Director of Community Management Services
Michelle Bibeau, LCAM, has been with The Melrose Management Partnership for the past 20 years. She has a broad knowledge of newly developed associations and a refreshing, hands-on style of management when working with both developer and homeowner controlled boards. Michelle encourages the management team to set high standards in each community we work with by consistently raising the bar and exceeding expectations. As our longest-term employee, she assists in all aspects of management, from preparation of budgets and cash flow projections to handling annual meetings and turnovers.
Director of Lifestyle Services
Bill Fife, CPRP, LCAM, joined Melrose Lifestyle Services in 2014 and has since doubled the company’s industry footprint. Bill brings over 15 years of experience in creating and organizing community and prospect events. Over his career, he has created and managed a number of small and large scale events for home developers and communities. This experience, along with his knowledge of programming trends, technology, staff management, and marketing has guided the direction of Melrose Lifestyle Services into the established lifestyle and amenity management company it is today. Bill also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Outside of work, he is a board member for the American Cancer Society’s Volunteer Leadership Board.
Mellita Kennedy oversees all accounting and financial reporting for the Associations managed by the organization. Mellita brings over 21 years of accounting experience to The Melrose Corporation and has been a member of the Construction Financial Management Association since 1999. Whether it's preparing monthly financials, creating annual budgets, or simply working with Boards and Treasurers to ensure optimal accounting of a community's finances, Mellita is instrumental in the financial success of all our Associations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration — Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
Corporate Accounting Manager
William Powers joined The Melrose Corporation in 2003 as the Corporate Accounting Manager. He oversees the accounting operations of The Melrose Corporation and its affiliated entities. At the heart of any management or lifestyle program is fiscal responsibility and no one knows this better than William. His 16 years with The Melrose Corporation has provided him with the skills necessary for the efficient management and timely accountability of your community's affairs. William attended Florida State University and is a valuable resource not only for Melrose, but for our clients as well.
Director of Marketing
Neall Prashad oversees the marketing efforts for The Melrose Corporation and its eight subsidiaries. He is primarily engaged in helping launch new initiatives in Melrose’s Digital/Traditional Marketing, Technology, and Business Development fronts. Prior to joining the team in 2015, he worked as a Management Consultant where he had the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies, in many industries, and across 5 continents. He is a graduate of the Rollins College - Crummer Graduate School of Business where he obtained his MBA with concentrations in International Business, Marketing, and Management. He enjoys sports (primarily baseball), music, traveling, and working in the local community.
